    Broke up with the Mrs after 3 years, underneath I was glad, i was interested to see how she rated herself so highly, that was the feminist influence from her peers which I tried to explain they don’t want the best for her they use her, and also love to see drama such as a break up. The amount of disrespect towards the end was fascinating to watch, how delusional a women can get, and how against me her family and friends were was amazing. She went silent said “i don’t want to talk to you”. So I left, moved 5 hours away and carried on with my work. Couple weeks later phone call, I ignored. Texts I ignored. Then she drives 5 hours north, says it’s to go scuba diving, invites herself to stay, I reply with our relationship is over…….. she texts a few more times. I ignore. Delusion? Confusion? Ignored the boundaries, and just persisted after it was over. It’s important to pay attention to what a woman is doing, and saying, what you believe to be true will answer everything.

    Testosterone makes a high level man. I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. Now I feel that nothing is beyond me. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy. Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis

      What were the 3 main things you dodged to achieve that?

    • @EtienneLeBoeuf
      @EtienneLeBoeuf 22 дні тому

      @@AxelAxe A strange approach to say dodged. One was to stop looking for quick fixes, miricle supplements and that one magical thing that will increase testosterone. Next I stopped focussing on just testosterone and instead adopted a completely holistic approach aimed at the entire bodily organism. And I stopped looking at the benefits only. I also consider the negative aspects to everything and then balance everything out. To clarify that and give you an example we need to consume moderate to high fats and cholesterol for hormone production, this can lead to high blood cholesterol which could bring us problems, so I do things to counter that and help balance everything out. Optimise the body as a whole and healthy optimised hormones are one of the results you will get. Doing as many things as you possibly can all done together in combination.

    I agree!!!! Cómo dice la Biblia, el varón compórtese varonilmente. Digo más, nada muestra más amor de parte de un hombre a su esposa y familia que usar toda su fuerza, masculinidad o como quieras llamarlo, para protegerlos, alimentarlos, proveer. Ceder ese lugar o dejar de cumplir nuestro rol, no es más que muestra de falta de identidad e incapacidad de amar plenamente. No somos fuertes por nosotros sino para otros. Todo se resume al amor, por qué me comporto de la manera que lo hago? Porque amo a mi familia y ellos darán testimonio de eso. Hombre se hombre para tu familia.
